​Awang Muhd Adib Nazhan bin Mohd Nasir from Haji Mohd Salleh Primary School, Sungai Hanching emerged champion of the Azan Subuh Final Competition for Government Primary Schools. The competition which is to raise awareness about the beauty of the call to prayer, took place on 4th May morning, at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Girls Secondary Arabic Religious School.

Prizes to the winners were presented by Awang Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar, Director of Islamic Studies. 12 Year 3 pupils from 12 government primary schools representing 6 clusters competed in the final stage. Runner-up was Awang Izz Haikal bin Alihan from Rimba Tiga Primary School and Awang Muhd Radin Hadizul Khaliq bin Haji Muhd Azzatul Amin from Mabohai Primary School came in third.
